Tales of Odd

Tales of Odd is a book of twelve short stories by Mike Healey

These are stories not unlike Roald Dahl's Tales of the unexpected which many of you may remember as a celebrated and much watched TV series.

Well, these are similar but much darker!

Editorial

The purpose of this Blog is to promote my work as a fiction writer.

However, what I hope will interest you is knowing something about how my books came to be written and the origins of the characters that inhabit my numerous short stories.

I will, from time to time, explain my working methods and how I develop my plots - often drawing on real people or my own experiences.

If you too are thinking of writing short stories, then I hope my experience will help you.

If you are interested in reading stories like Tales of Odd, then maybe my insights and knowledge of this delightful genre will help enrich that experience.
